At NUS Business School, Professor Tang teaches BSP3701 Strategic Management, an integrative capstone course required for all undergraduate business students. This module introduces key concepts, tools, and fundamental issues in strategy. Throughout the semester, students will adopt the perspective of a general manager who has overall responsibility for the performance of the firm. They will practice applying the concepts and frameworks of the strategic management process through a combination of case studies, simulations, in-class debates, and group projects.
